The cash dividend of $0.0046 per share is payable March 16, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2026.
This is the fifth year for the Company’s quarterly cash dividend program and includes a 12.2% increase in the quarterly dividend over the prior year’s regular quarterly cash dividend rate.
